FAQ

How long does shipping take?

Our products are dispatched via Hermes within 2-4 working days of the purchase date. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Please allow 3-7 working days for dispatch if the order is not received on a working day.

Do we ship worldwide?

Yes, we do. Shipping to countries neighboring Germany such as Switzerland and Austria can take longer in individual cases. Average delivery times here are 8-10 days.

Can I return my product?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a free return option within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at buddydisplay@nz-ecommerce.com and quote your order number.

Conditions for return:

1. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
2. Products must not be used or damaged.
3. You will not normally receive a prepaid return label from us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Sale products that have already been shipped or received by the buyer are subject to a 30% restocking fee within 14 days of receipt. No refunds will be given after 14 days.

It is important to understand that we only waive the restocking fee on returns if the product arrived faulty. All returns for personal reasons are subject to a 30% restocking fee. In some cases, we will provide you with a shipping label depending on your location, but in most cases, you will need to return it to a specified return address by emailing us.

We accept all standard payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna and PayPal.

Where do we ship from?

Our products are efficiently packaged by our experienced handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless of the distance.

We ship primarily from our fulfillment centers in the US, East Asia and Western Europe. If your item is out of stock at your nearest location, we will ship it directly from our production line with the same delivery times as listed on our shipping page.

*Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We will begin processing your order immediately to ensure on-time delivery. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL POLICY (DOA policy)

We know that most of our products are expensive, so we take every possible measure to ensure that the products you receive are complete and functional before they leave our factory. All products are personally and carefully inspected to ensure that all components are present and everything works as it should.

However, in the unlikely event that the product arrives to you defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and we will work with you to arrange an exchange of the product under the following conditions:

The DOA product will be returned to us in the same condition in which it was received, i.e. it must not have been modified, disassembled or tampered with in any way.

If the packaging was damaged by the delivery person, this is completely out of our control. However, we can provide you with a replacement unit free of charge if you can provide evidence of significant damage (catastrophic damage that affects the function of the product) when contacting us. You will be responsible for shipping the damaged unit back to us. The replacement unit will be shipped once you have submitted your return and the tracking has been updated with us.

Each incident will likely be unique and treated on a case-by-case basis. Rest assured that we will take care of you to the best of our ability.

We reserve the right to allow or deny refunds and the full extent of this policy if we determine that the claim is fraudulent.

What do I get with Shipping Protection?

With Shipping Protection, we guarantee you a free replacement device if it is lost or damaged during delivery. In addition, if the local delivery authority fails to deliver, we will send you a new device without asking you to pay the purchase price of the device again. The prerequisite is that you can show Shipping Protection in your order and provide a complete, correct address.
